I will have a boy's bathroom. It will be in a spot all by itself. It will be made of concrete. Over the toilet will be one of those pull down hose thingies (like they have in fancy restaurant kitchens for cleaning). It will have plenty of force to clean all of the boy pee that goes everywhere except the toilet. I shall call this bathroom, The Out House.
Three little boys.
Just sayin'.

I have totally abandoned the hall bathroom in my house to due to an almost constant 'mysterious' odor of urine.
I'm told that often the stream cannot be controlled. I still wonder why towels/wash rags can't be utilized for the uncontrolled times...just sayin'...

I too have the mysterious urine odor in my half bath. Mysterious no more-Avery thought it would be funny to remove the air vent and go there. Avery is 3-check your vents and spray lots of Lysol in them.

Too funny! My daughter just said that she is going to encourage her 3 boys to use the tub as a urinal thinking they might be able to aim better! I love my son, but God knew I could only handle one!
Mine is not so mysterious. I've witnessed it being sprayed on the wall, stepped in the puddle that I did not know was there, and even had it spray on my pants. Of course, those are just the ones I know of, I'm sure there are many more mysteries that add to the odor in that bathroom.
:)
I think you should go with ceramic tile instead of cement. I think cement would just continue to absorb the smell. ;)
