Happy Mother's Day

Hope everyone is enjoying their Mother's Day.

A glimpse into what a marvelous day I am having.

They are AWESOME!

They are SILLY!

They took me to breakfast.

They gave me a spa day, complete with new hairdo and tiara.

Dad made them lunch.

He is taking care of them for the day.

I'm just relaxing.

Loving It!

Ansley made the necklace and shrinky dink earrings I am wearing today.

Gave them to me along with the most lovely card she made.

I'm a very blessed Mommy.

Rainy Days and Mondays

Randy took Ansley and Judson camping this weekend.

Yes, even with flood warnings and 4+ inches of rain.

Luckily, it was at a boy scout campground.

They were able to stay in 'cabins' (rustic as they were)

so that meant NO.TENT.SLEEPING.

Not to say that some cabins didn't have leaks, etc

but still better than tent sleeping.

The trails were closed so they didn't hike BUT

they did do THIS

A good time was had by most.

(not sure how much fun the parents had,

especially the ones who had to leave in the middle of the night 

when their son started puking)

Judson's co-op ended the year with a 'party'.

This year, they studied the Middle-Ages

SO they had a Renaissance Festival.

Visiting

The kids had a great time visiting with their grandmother these last few days.

We went to the library, visited with friends, played outside, shopped, and went to a crafts fair.
